Gradual phasing out of pre 2000 cars
I saw some guy standing in front of 2 Canadian Flags at a press conference I presume. He said that they were going to start phasing out all pre 2000 model car, banning window tinting including rear windows as well as lift kits on truck, I assume trucks means 4wds ,suvs and Delicas.. It's for safety reasons and environmental reasons... Is this really true ?
