What is this clear oil leaking from my van?

I'm in the process of replacing my harmonic balancer gear which required removing the front cast, which requires removing the oil pan. I noticed when doing this that there was a clear oil leaking very slowly (because there is hardly any on the garage floor after 3 months of being there). I first noticed it on the heads of these bolt (see attached picture). Then when I actually removed the oil pan, which requires removing a plate from the front of the part which is pictured, the next day there was a puddle on the floor of this perfectly clean and clear oil. What would be so clean like this? I'm kinda shocked to see any oil coming from this van that is not dirty as hell.
