Replacing front and rear speakers

Been looking for some help on the front and rear speakers. Anyone in Canada have any advice on what fits? I understand they have to be pretty shallow, and I found a lot of threads on other forums on stuff that works, but between Swedish speakers available in Australia and Sony speakers available in Russia, I'm not having a lot of luck finding stuff that sells in *Canada*. Any advice on what fits and is decent? Also am aware of the weird wiring, so wonder if that's solvable by just higher impedance speakers. Planning on hooking them up to an Android navi.
Also, how do you get the rear panels off? I understand it's a little more involved than the front, but can't seem to find any specific details on it, would appreciate some help!
