Re: Greetings from Russia!
Nice pictures Vovchikn, fascinating to see you have these vehicles in Russia and are as dedicated to them as the Delica.ca guys are!
Interesting to compare these images to the mental images the public press over here promotes of Russia...
Thank you for sharing that! Nice flags too
Loooks like this L400 has spacers fitted for a wider stance?

Wonder how that would affect handling etc on and off road... could be an idea for some higher L300's that haven't got 10+" rims?
Got rooster tails?

(short time lurker - Delica n00b here, trying not to post, but had to answer this thread!

I think he was asking to limit the l33t-speak because it won't translate through the online translators.Jaz wrote:(short time lurker - Delica n00b here, trying not to post, but had to answer this thread!
Vovchikn - welcome to the forum. It's fun to see all the L300s in your pictures. Where are you? I've been to Vladivostok (nearly 20 years ago).

Hi, Vovchik
Welcome to the family of Delica
I looked through your pictures and was wondering if you have any more with the car in it, especially the details. We would like to see all the inside and outside alterations. We only have L300.
We don't have as much variety of pictures. We only started having these cars about 2 years ago. Our government does not allow to import cars that are made after 1992.
Most owners of Delica live in Vancouver.
We do not have many pictures on our delica.ca because the website won't allow us to save them there. We have other web-sites where we keep our pictures of Delica. Would you like me to send you the links to them?
On one of your pictures we have noticed a Delica flag. Very impressive, we do not have one. Why is it in English and not in Russian?
Where do you get your Delicas? Are they from Japan or Europe?
btw, this was written by my friend. Please reply in English, and I will try to write you in Russian.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Please hug your Delica from us :)
Cheers,
Christine.

Re: Greetings from Russia!
Greetings, Christina! It is very glad, that it is possible to communicate with people who love these machines and live on other continent! I shall try to answer your questions!
From within and outside you can see photos of machines on our site, I spread the reference. If what concrete photos нибудь details or an interior interest, write I shall send. At us machines basically deliver from Japan through Vladivostok. Recently have stopped to sell in Russia. At us the name of machines not L300, with the right rudder - Delica, and with left- Space Gear.
L300 And L400 it is cargo variants "brick" and "roll". Throw off please references to websites of your photos.
By machines the name is written in English and it is easier to people to perceive symbolics on a flag as it is written in the original by the machine. Translation of the name of the machine into Russian will be not so clear for people not familiar with this car.
Transfer the girlfriend of thanks, that so has well written English letters the Russian text.
Yours faithfully, Vovchik.

Re: Greetings from Russia!
I had the patience and pleasure to review some of their pictures (not all unfortunately) and loved the country side of Russia and it's provinces (and the Delica...)
But for the Delica stuff this was an interesting video that shows how stable those beasts can be!

Re: Greetings from Russia!
There is no L500 (or did yo mean D:5?)... the picture is of an L400... but it is a newer "facelift" version...That looks like an L500... COOL!
