Hi,
My DRL have quit. It must be the relay? Does anybody know how I would test it?

I don't believe that DRL was installed in the factory. If you did have them, then someone likely installed a kit on your van. It would be an issue with that modual. Look around where the pedals go up under the date for anything that doesn't look like it belongs.
