Sorry if this has already been answered. I tried to find an answer but could not.

Can we add photos to our own user album? If so - how do we do it?

You can add photos to your post by using the "Attachments" menu below (next to "Options"). Upload photos (maximum 900px wide) and hit "place inline" and wherever your cursor is in the post, that's where your picture will show up.

Not sure about the albums.

Easiest way to add pics from your computer (I've found) is to place them inline. That way you can type text at the top or bottom to describe your pic.

Click 'Post Reply' at the top or bottom of the window which contains your topic. Click on the 'Attachments' tab down below the text window. Then click on 'Add Files' If the pic is too large you will get this (you'll have to resize it on your computer before it can be downloaded to this site) Once pics have been added you'll see this. To add inline - click 'Place inline'.
You can also add a 'File Comment'. (You can see the file comment below the pic in the description) Hopefully that helps.
Pics make the description of the fix so much easier. My issue always is remembering to take the pics while I'm doing the job.

Oh, I guess the above doesn't answer your question about adding to albums.
Not sure yet on that one.
