Door pull/grab/arm rest

In search of a door pull/grab arm rest (attaches to door panel, not the grab handle to get into vehicle). Looking for a right side, grey color. Is for a 92' Delica Starwagon.
Let me know if you are parting anything out or have any recommendations for sourcing. I've searched on ebay and other internet searches with no luck yet. Perhaps I'm using there wrong part terminology?
