What to do with a crashed van?

Hey there beloved Delica family. I know I just posted up my membership into owning a van but just as quickly as I got here sadly that membership has been stolen away. I was on a road trip from Edmonton to Squamish for some climbing, I passed off driving to a well trusted friend and sadly he extended the vans cornering abilities beyond what the van was capable of, lost control and rolled the van in the ditch.

Now with the preface out of the way, in Alberta my insurance company wouldn't offer collision or comprehensive insurance coverage on RHD vehicles. This leaves me in a lurch of what the heck to I do with a mangled van 1200km away from where I live. The body is pretty mangled but the engine was in pristine condition. Does anyone here know anyone/a company who would be looking for a parts van? She was a 1995 SWB high roof with the crystal light roof (1 side didn't break), bucket seats, 4m40 engine. Since I don't live here I need to sell it as one unit and hopefully before the end of the week when I need to get back to Edmonton. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Wow, it takes a lot to tip an L400 on a corner...

Try the dealerships in Vancouver. Rising Sun, Amazing Auto etc...

I heard there is a JDM wrecker near Armstrong as well. Good luck!

Well that sucks. There are wreckers in Edmonton and Calgary who want JDMs. Google the search combo and see what happens.

Thanks for the ideas of calling the dealerships, I was going to wait for the long weekend to pass and give them a jingle.

I should clarify that the van is not in Alberta but rather in Whistler BC and it's not road worthy. I can't part it out piece by piece but rather it goes as one unit. If someone wants to come load it up on a flatbed that would be amazing.

As a tip for Albertans, Co-operators insurance will offer full collision and comprehensive on your van. You just need an insurance inspection report. (I think any vehicle more than 10 years old requires that with most insurance companys)
