Wanted: steel frame shop for acreage options/recommendations.

Hey there,
as the title states, im looking at putting a steel frame shop on my acreage and was just seeing if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations on which companies are good and which to stay away from. Im looking at putting a 40' x50' shop (2000sqft) and 20' tall as i would like to put a man cave/office up top. thinking 12' ceiling for shop and 8' ceiling up stairs. I have no idea who to talk to or what company i should use. If any one has someone to recommend i talk to that would be awesome. I got one quote already and they quoted $38,200 but said if i bought by the end of the week they would knock $9000 off but that just isnt a option. I would also be looking for someone to put in a cement slab as well if anyone has a company in mind. any info would be appreciated. I should mention that I'm near Edmonton Alberta.
