Hi Denis, just take your existing board to an old tv repair man, or a ham radio old guy. Someone who is used to old style electronics. They can just look at the board, instantly see which component is bubbled and burnt, then look at that part for a product code, and solder in a replacement part. Laura "Gumdrop" posted a detailed description of this in 2008 ish. Unlikely you will find a working replacement for a 1990 delica.
