New Super Exceed L400

My name is Steve and I live in Vancouver (east).
After two years of hoping and wishing, I found a good match and bought a 94 L400 Super Exceed in great condition
No pictures yet because it's parked in my dark parking garage and I don't have insurance yet.
I will post pictures ASAP
1. It had a CVI delica tune in 2011 - how often does this need to be done?
There are a few minor things CVI found during the pre-purchase inspection:
Rear stabilizer joints
Inner tie rod ends
Trailing arm bushings
2. How/where can I source these parts? Would Lordco/Napa carry them? Are they the same as a Montero?
3. Alignment (I guess wear on the tires?)
4. Also, CVI said the brakes were 35% and wearing unevenly. Can I order the pads from Lordco/Napa and wait until I hear the wear indicator to replace them? Or how urgent is it? I forgot what I did last time I did the brakes on my old 4runner. The previous owner was surprised the brakes were that low
I have big plans this summer for camping and exploring the BC coast. I also do a lot of outdoorsy stuff, so the Delica will come in handy.
I'm sure I will have lots of questions once I start learning more. I already downloaded both of the L400 manuals and I have been reading through the forums a lot.
