Suspect WVO

I've been filtering a relatively large store of WVO and I've come across two or three (out of 30 so far) buckets of what appears to be rancid WVO. It is really cloudy and has separated into what seems to be water constancy liquid which is relatively clear and a thicker cloudy liquid. At first I though it might just be water that had settled out, but there was a large quantity of it (several litres). The oil from these buckets is totally different in appearance from the majority of the other buckets which contain the expected deep golden brown oil.
So I'm wondering if I should dispose of the suspect oil, if it is rancid. Will running on rancid oil harm the engine? I'm willing to take a chance on eating suspect lunch meat or shellfish, but this is my Deli we are taking about, I don't want to take any chances.
