L300 for parts

Well this is the end of my delica adventure!! after almost 7 years, my 5-speed transmission did finally go and therefore i have a 1991 L300 for sale for part. it is complete with 2 full set of tires and rims( on set is on 15" and the set on the van is 16") and is located in Richmond .
here a list:- new turbo last October
-jfarsang lift kit
- hitch with 2" receiver
- home made roof rack
-home made front bull bar
-all mechanical work done at CVI
-manual front lock hub from japan
-227 xxx KM
unfortunately i cannot dismantle the van part by part , so it is an all or nothing deal!!! asking 3000$
