Good day Maritimers,

Who are you using as a mechanic for your Mitsu?

Anyone somewhere that is experienced with our vehicles?

I heard there is a German guy in Antigonish that has a shop out of his house and has worked on the Mitsu while in Germany, but can't find him.

Any suggestion?

Cheers,

Fred

Doug Coulson owns an L400 and does most of the work himself.

I don't know much and am learning as I go. I am going to Ottawa tomorrow, a 16 hour drive, but there is a JDM shop in Ottawa; I will probably drop in though they seem to like selling sports cars.

There are at least two importers in Halifax, one specializes in Daihatsu HiJets, the other mostly sports cars if what I saw on the 'net is correct.
I saw an orange Honda with a big spoiler in the back this week, RHD. I am guessing it came from that second place.

Carson Imports with the Kei trucks http://www.carsonexports.com/imports They do list one Honda, mention they sold an Elgrand and a Toyota Hilux 4x4,...

Thanks,

I did looked up these guys and it was in my plan to contact them. So I guess that is where I am now, calling them :-)

Cheers!

Marcell Automotive in Dartmouth I know was doing some work on vans that came into port. You might try them.

Good luck
