Quick hello from Antigonish

Hello,
I am a newer owner of a L 400 SWB manual 1994 and soon to have a 1995 Pajero with the same 4M40 engine. I have been hooked on diesel vehicles since buying an old 1996 Passat TD, since then, I have owned two Jetta tdi wagons( just sold the 2005) and an 06 Jeep Liberty CRD (Soon to be selling).
I live in Rural Nova Scotia and want to have an off grid lifestyle and really like older Diesel engines. The mods and wvo potential are excellent. Love the 4x4 van and how it drives in almost any condition, but did find out they are easy to over torque with the manual transmission. Currently me Delica is awaiting body work
. I managed to partially roll it and caved in the windshield. Un deterred, I found the Pajero and will locate a windshield for the van and get it back on the road. I now can turn the l400 into a camping rig, and eventually would like to make the Pajero into a expedition rig.
Happy driving, Adam McCannel... Antigonish NS.
PS, of anyone has a line on a windshield for a 1994 L 400, send me a note. Cheers.
