front ball joint greasing

I have looked and couldn't find anything to shed some light on this situation.

I am getting a strong squeak coming from my passenger side ball joints when I steer (only happens after a longer drive (ie. highway driving). I went through and greased anything with a nipple but I am not seeing any nipples or any place to screw in a nipple on the upper and lower ball joints.

I have seen on other threads that I'm not the only L400 owner lacking in nipples. Does this mean they are sealed?

Am I missing something or can I get some grease in there?

I'd rather take care of this the easy way so any advice before I get started would be appreciated.

I have poked through the rubber boots on non-servicable front end parts and applied very high quality grease(with a needle applicator on my grease gun) it is a last resort due to the hole in the boot, but it all has to do with the quality of the grease and regular re applying...

I think one of the reasons it's starting to fail is that there is a small hole in the boot.

After a bit of research outside the Delica forum, it seems that sealed ball joints should be replaced as it's near impossible to properly grease the ball/cup by piercing through the boot. But it seems to be a good temporary solution until I get around to replacing it.
