Fiberglass flares really look great, but are too pricey for me. Have you considered flex type flares, eg. http://www.pacerperformance.com/ quoted me a good price for a 50ft roll (!), which if I remember right is enough for 10 vehicles. I only would do my Deli, what about the other 9!

Edit - Forgot to mention that the front doors would require the 'no-lip side mount' and the rear wheel wells (and possibly the back edge of the front) using the heavy duty 2.5 inch flares. I wondered if the two kits required for mine would leave enough to do a second Delica. I wouldn't like to drill to mount the 'no-lip' version, and Pacer recommended contact cement. Northshore Offroad has something available in a flexy flare too.

Just $19.95 at NSOR right now!

Fiberglass flares look great on the street, but dont stand up to rubbing on trees and rocks. The flexible flares are much better for real offroad use.

I must add that before you put on the flares, you should check the sliding door's clearance. There is an extension for the sliding door to clear very wide flares (like those guys put 33" X 12.5"). I saw the part listing for that extension on that Taiwan site.
