Howdy Delica-ites
I have been intriqued by these funny looking vans since seeing them on holidays in BC. Found out there were models that had 4x4, diesel, with a turbo 4 cylinder. Sounded pretty good for knocking about or for longer trips. It has taken longer than I would have liked and more money than I liked but there is a 1974 Royal Exceed sitting in front of our house. Picked it up the other day and was fairly impressed although there are a multitude of buttons on it that I haven't a clue what they do. I have to get a manual and spend some time understanding the gizmos but in the meantime we are headed for the hills this long weekend. It is fun bumping into other Delica drivers....cuz we're unique. (Just like everybody else)
Just built a garage and the van don't fit. Do they usually have block heaters? Hmmmmm.
See down the road....maybe off the road.
