Bleeding injectors properly

Hello all again.
Can someone please tell me the correct way to bleed the injectors on the 2.8 Paj, I believe I still have some air in the system.
I did a fuel filter change and when I started pumping the primer on the fuel filter housing to bleed the air out It started leaking and pushing more air back in. On my first attempt, the truck started for about 30 seconds then died and wouldn't start again. I pulled it all apart again, filled the filter up before hand, and tried to prime it again. It was still leaking but I managed to get some air out. The truck starts but it takes a lot longer than it did before the change, and I have to pump the pedal to get it going. Once its running it has not stalled once. Its just the starting that is the issue. My guess is that there is still some air in the system that is making it difficult to start. I thought maybe driving her hard would maybe bleed some out, but it has been like this for a week or so.
So now I would like to know how to bleed through the injectors if someone can help me out.
