I just noticed this component while cleaning my injection pump. I'm curious as to what this thing does?

Full throttle AC compressor inhibit I believe. Means you get some power if you suddenly floor it and the AC happens to be running. Mines broke, and last time I had to do this I wondered why it was so gutless.
