Thru the whole purchasing process of my new 97 L400 (which went on for several months), Steven was informative, and very prompt about returning calls or emails. And when I got into an accident within 45 fing minutes of leaving the shop, Steven went above and beyond helping me understand what would be required for ICBC (as an Albertan I didn't know what to expect from your socialist insurance program)
He also immediately began sourcing the parts that would be required, as the van is of such a new vintage there isn't much available here for body mouldings.
