Alcohol/water Injection Install Made Easy

Just a quick blurb to show how I installed my Coolingmist Stage One "trunk mount" injection kit. 279.00 shipped (Blaine Wa) care of Ebay!
The trunk mount is pretty cool as the pump is mounted within the tank to save space...it still features a full 4 litres capacity.
I had already relocated my auto transmission cooler so I was able to use the free space to mount my injection tank. I designed the aluminum mounting straps to allow the tank to "hinge" down to slide the tank out to fill. One wing nut secures the entire thing....waaaay over built, but cool (I think) none the less.
The tank is in the coolest spot it could possibly be mounted(..get it?? lol) access is quick/clean and easy for filling. I mounted the one nozzle on the EGR block off plate on the intake manifold, as it sees the most turbulent air flow and can spread the mixture evenly amongst the cylinders...works well. It did lower the EGT's by over 200*. I currently have it set at 10psi.
I designed a cover plate out of ABS which I molded with a heat gun. It affixes using the same wing nut as the mounting straps.

***Just an update. I originally chose to run this system for its ability to lower the intake temps, it seems to offer a far greater benefit in the way of added power. The only "real" change in EGT's seems to be with running water only, having it come on at 8-10psi for climbs.
I prefer to use a 50% Ethenol/50% water mix which keeps the EGT's stable but had proven to really perk things up off the line engaged at 9psi. I can now confidently say it will add power safely to these low powered diesels. I use roughly 4 liters of alcohol/water mix for every tank of fuel at 10psi. (500kms)
