Hi, we just got our first Deli and it comes with a bunch of work that needs doing (radiator, timing belt, brakes, and more)....we've heard only great stuff about Coombs Auto but wondering if there is a place in Victoria that anyone would recommend? Thanks

nope...for my money, and the time it takes, Coombs is well worth the trip.

Coombs is worth the trip, primarily because there is no suitable shop in Victoria. Brakes? There is the Midas on Old Island Hwy near Colwood Corners (they did brake work on both my L300 and my Pajero) - they're not afraid of the RHD's.
That being said, E4 in Duncan is good, but know that they do specialise in Land Cruisers. I did have some work done on my L300 at E4 (alternator replacement), but every other time it was up to Coombs (annual checkup).

Hey,
Glen and his crew know these vehicles inside and
Out as well as see many of them day in and day out.
That kind of experience in knowing how to properly
Set up the timing belts and seals in particular is not
Something I would be too keen to delegate to a shop
That only works on these particularly fussy little princess
Diesel motors occasionally.
Right On!
