Got the 91 delica about 10 months ago, from a family up in cumberland. nice people, good price!
got coombs to work on it, to fix what i thought was a coolant leak. turned out it needed the head cylinder replaced. had that done. had a new stainless exhaust system installed as well, the old one was stock, and rusted out in many places, and rattling around.
drove around a bit, but we were still leaking coolant.
brought the thing back to coombs. turned out it needed a new engine.
so, had that done.
drove to winnipeg and back, and the alternator went, halfway over the mountains. so, replaced the alternator.
so, now we have a pretty well worked on, tip top shape van.
and despite the cost of ALL the repairs that we needed to keep it on the road... we love the darn thing.

Welcome to Delica Canada, Nate :M

We look forward to hearing more about your Starwagon. Do you have a name for her?

Falco.

she is currently serenity. the name came with the van, and i'm a firefly fan anyways. but i'm no wash, and certainly no capitan renalds.
my 11 year old thinks we should name her swamp monster, after we do all the mods we want to do.
but we're also leaning towards more post apocalyptic names... we'll see.
