Everyone is welcome to the 5th annual CVI Appreciation BBQ. This year, we have decided to take advantage of the amazing weather and host the BBQ at Mundy Park in Coquitlam. We'll have lots of great food available and there's a relatively large parking lot next to the picnic shelter for us to show off our delicas. We'll be having DIYs (do it yourself) and PM (preventative maintenance) showcases throughout the day too.

The park itself is a awesome spot for families:

• SWIMMING POOL

Located 5 minutes walking distance away from the BBQ site (open from 1:00 - 8:30 pm and costing $2 for both children and adults)

• 9-HOLE FRISBEE GOLF COURSE

• LOTS OF TRAILS

• BASEBALL DIAMONDS & FIELDS

• LACROSSE BOX

I'm very dissapointed that I won't be able to make this but I'm sure CVI will see more than enough of me when I get home.

I'll have to leave for work at 12:30 but that still leaves enough time to stop in & say Hi.

CRAP! Unfortunately my Ferry arrives back at Horshoe Bay at 5. Guess I will just miss you guys. Would have been fun to meet up with all you west coast lot!

Thanks for organizing another CVI Day
Great to have it so close to my home. Mundy Park trails are also great running trails. One loop is about 1/2 hr and cyclists can enjoy the rolling terrain as well. Cardiac hill willl leave you panting. It's a fun place to explore with lots of trail markers and maps to keep you from getting lost. Fido won't be disapointed either, bring him along as it's a dog walking park too.
