possible trade?

2001 Mazda B4000 SE (4 Litre V6 engine 206 HP) Pickup, 4X4, auto, power everything, 6 CD changer, 4 door, canopy, 180,000km's. All service done at mazda except for a few oil changes. New battery, 2 new tires (had'nt noticed level of camber was off therefor I got wear on the inside of my front tires).A Shingle fell on my hood during wind storm Scratching it (will have that fixed as it is an ICBC claim) other than that there is only a very minor dent in the passenger door (I mean like small, no larger than a dime) and a scrape on my plastic wheel hub. Also I have the Paint wearing off where my canopy closes (totally normal, but I consistently touch it up with mazda paint to prevent rust). I have honestly listed every possible defect I know of.

The deal would be for a 91/92 Mitsubishi Delica (super exceed) 4x4, low km's (70 to 100k) excellent shape, aerolite roof.
I would list my truck for $14,500 with the hood fixed, and possible a brand new set of tires due to the uneven wearing the front and back ones will get. I would like to see a ton of accessories on the delica if we were to do a straight up trade.
