New in the Okanagan

Greetings from Kaleden (just south of Penticton). We've had our Deli almost three weeks now. Is it too soon to fall in love? It's a silver '95 SWB. Thanks to Butch at CVI who told us Stephanie was selling hers. As we expected, it is in great shape and we haven't found any issues. I'll be building a bed/storage module into it in the next couple of weeks and will upload pix/plans if all goes well. We hope this will be a good machine for camping/festivals/road trips. The first serious outing will be to the Oregon Country Fair in July. I am trying to learn as much as I can as soon as possible, because I am sure I will have some explaining to do!

Welcome, My folks live in Penticton and i hope to be up there this summer with Stretch. Maybe we can meet up.

Welcome. I am also in Penticton (as are a couple other members). See you on the road and hopefully this summer you can help Fishtank and I can break the official Penticton Meet record of 2 L400's at the Cdn Tire. :)

It would be great to see Stretch over here this summer (or whatever we're having instead of summer). That would certainly cause a stir. Psilosin, I've been looking forward to meeting you. If there are only a handful of us here it shouldn't be difficult to get together.
