Hey folks, just trying to figure out how to clean air intake for cabin air. Im guessing there is filter somewhere. I do a lot of gravel driving and am assuming this needs cleaning at some point. The system does not seem to blow as hard as it used to and i would like to ensure its not just plugged up. Can anyone guide me on cleaning the cabin air system. Thanks

As Batman says, there's no cabin air filter. 20 years ago we didn't know that road dust is deadly poisonous, thank god someone figured that out and started putting cabin air filters into modern cars.

It's possible your air conditioning evaporator is clogged with dust- this can happen if there's a lot of humidity and a lot of dust.

I've not had to do it, but I'm told you can remove the fan and motor (3 screws), withdraw the fan, and then reach through the aperture with a compressed air gun to blast out the air conditioning evaporator. You'll probably get a face full of dust for your troubles and end up dead or something. ;-)
