nice! cool and hip! and sustainable! but i'm not sure about the asymmetric design and little leg room if one was stuck with a family inside if it was raining out, seems real cramp (but i guess the point is to do everything outside). i love the drop down births for the kids and the versatility. tryin to think why they didn't streamline the front end for cars pullin it. anyway, just my 2 cents..

here's another ultralight weight trailer with lots of room, just a little more setup, but definitely lighter and more "roomy" and aerodynamic...(many sizes to choose from)

We've owned 2 westie's, a class A motorhome, a tent trailer and 2 travel trailers, as a family that like to explore and not stay rooted in one place anything that takes awhile to set up/down is a pain. There is something to say about the self contained travel trailer; stopping road side, whether for a break or as a base for exploring having all the facilities of your RV is worth it's weight in gold (again for how we travel), being able to arrive late to a camping spot than eat and sleep will minimal effort, and in a situation to clean, passive, rest, or feed young children...you can figure that one out. Standing headroom is necessary, and many raising roof teardrops (the Alto is cool), or lightweight trailer add weight just to give you the lower drag well towing. Something like the T@B, which started to appear on BC roads b4 we moved, have head room for the 5' 9" and under crowd.

And simply anything with fabric has a fixed life, maintaining our tent trailer fabric was the 2nd reason we disliked it (best thing to tow no doubt).

Pratical trailers, IMO, are the Prolite Mini for $15,000 at 950 lbs and the 15' Escape at $20,000 @ 1600 lbs - which both might fit our future plans.

It just looks like a big bulky expensive tent trailer that has more drag and probably heavier, why would you want it? It reminds me of backpacking cookware more than a functional home away from home

yep, the rich hipsters gotta have trailers too! lol. well ,if that was the case, then hands down, i want an alto tear drop trailer! been wonderin who made those after seeing one on the road! love it! nevermind, i can only hit the lotto first before grabbin a sprinter benz camper for 6!
