Help ... where is Relay for front Intermittent wiper L300

Hi All, Jay wonders WHERE is the relay for the intermittent wiper on L300?

Troubleshooting for JessesBamboo in Pemberton. Fuse blows before engine is started, when merely turning key to accessory, with no switches turned on. Have replaced the wiper headlight combo switch, and run new wires.

it is under the dash but not sure where.....I hear mine stalling every once and a while...please post when you find it as I will need a new one one day..
