New and need opinion on a delica

Howdy everyone. I have been researching for a while now and finally might go ahead and buy one one these fantastic vans. Can I have the members opinions of this seller and van itself

$4-6k is the average price landed for said condition L400 so it's on par.
He imports nice vehicle and has a long history in this community so I would not hesitate to recommend him.
To get it into proper 'Canadian' mechanical and inspection shape, you'll probably need to inject a good $2-3,000 in fluids, headlights, tires, brakes, suspension and engine maintenance. It's not always the case, but 99% need this stuff done upon arrival or soon thereafter.
