My concern is more with driving in the states and if someone knows about regulations in some states for a RHD like a Delica. Thank you

You can drive there but ya can't move there with it...

My wife is from the U.S and we go to the states quite often. Never any issues at all, just the usual strange looks from other drivers. When we moved back to Ontario from BC we spent almost 3 weeks making our way back through the U.S...again, no issues. As mentioned above, you just can't move there with your Delica.
