battery isolator wiring question

I have a 94 Pajero with the factory dual battery setup and I just bought a trailer and need to run a 12v line to charge the trailer battery. I bought a 90amp isolator from princess auto, which has three terminals Bat.1, Alt, Bat 2 what would be the best way to wire this up??
