91 Delica Exceed 68 kms w/ Crystal Roof

Hi, everyone, here is a nice delica up for sale, own by a friend of mind, used this Van for 14 months, feel sad its up for sale cause hes traveling to europe, will stay there for 2 years. got this van with low 47 k last year from japan, now has 68 kms on it, very nice condition.
non smoking delica, 7 pass van, inside B condition, very clean. Did the ff; on this Delica:
1)Change new Genuine Mitsubishi timing belt & balance shaft belt ( original not replacement)
2) Newly rebuild injection pump, change seals, o-ring & gasket ,injection pump kit is made in japan (Genuine) w/ 1 yr Warranty
3) has E-code mark headlight
4) has daytime running light
5) has Turbo timer installed for longer turbo life
6) change stabilizer bushing
7) New fan belt ( 4 Pcs)
8) Adjust engine valve clearance ( New Valve cover gasket) Japan
9) Change transmission filter kit
10)Newer Fluid, Oil, trans , gear oil ( front axle , rear & transfer case)
11) has properly installed Reflector ( Front & Rear)
12)New water pump GMB Japan ( April 2007)
13) new balance shaft bearing & tensioner bearing GMB ( April 2007)
14)nearly new brakes pads & shoes
15) did front alightment
16) Did put sealant on front panel for floor water leak ( Inner & outer)
17) Newly brand new windshield 2 days ago, old one has big crack & chips
18) Aircon blow very cold air
19) tire is almost new 90% thread
20) its been detailed shampoo & polish
21) aim headlight to proper direction
22) new air & fuel filter
23) With third brake light
24) Alpine Stereo with Cd on it
so there all the list that we done for his delica.
