I just figured that the position of the shifter lever tells me when it's in 4WD. (Whereas reverse needs a switch to turn on the reverse lights). As long as the hub lock light works I'm happy.

I agree. However, I bugs me that the fwd light doesn’t work.

Swapped the left and right rear hatch pistons. 5 minutes work and a few inches more headroom! :)

My windshield washer was pretty weak so for $20 I bought a replacement pump and mounted it under the dash below the center console. I've always found the Delica reservoir too small and a pita to refill so I ran a tube into a bottle of fluid and made a bracket to hold it. Refilling is now just swapping a full bottle for a the empty one.

Now the washer fluid sprays a good strong stream!

Someday I'll make a nice cover for it...

Used the old carpet as a template

Rough cut it oversize a bit

I shouldn't have cut out for the latches. I should have removed them and just screwed them on afterwards...

It looks pretty good...

A bit floppy on the driver's side but I'm hoping it will stretch out and relax into the contours after some use...

When it goes on sale again I may give it another go. I won't pre-cut all the fixing holes but feel them out in place. I missed on a couple :P

If that is the stuff on the roll? It works great but the smell just about made me sick. I finally took it back and they gave me my money back even though it had a few pieces cut out of it. Hopefully you won't have the same issue.

New rear bumper! Safety inspection tomorrow, I figured it probably wouldn't pass with what was left from the original bumper. Plus I didn't want to break the plastic by steping on it. As strong as a new one, or more!

Primed! It does also have the lower brakets to keep it stiff.

Finishing with Aluminum checkered plate on top with self tap screws to sandwich it all together
EDIT: Happy to be posting on this thread for the first time!
NOTE: How do you guys share images in here? I get an error code saying it can't determine the dimension of the image. :(

Yup, it smells but I left it unrolled for a few weeks before I installed it. Hoping it doesn’t get gross in the summer heat....

Today I got the 4L to work on my L300! I thought there was something special that was locked as I couldn't move it. Turns out the lever was seized on the transfer case. 4 days of spraying lube on it, and tried to force it today, it went! 4L works, it's crazy the difference between H and L

Updating few things I've done over the past few weeks/months.
Some lovely folks in the DTES smashed my rear slider window for a few bags of donation clothes while i was grabbing dinner, so I ordered a new one from Coombs and installed it in about 30 mins including vacuuming the broken glass. I tried to go through ICBC, but that was a $300 deductible so I opted to do it myself for the $165 window cost. Super easy and super quick.
While I was getting a cost estimate for the slider window at ICBC, I had them estimate my windshield since it had a few chips and large crack from leaving the chips for far too long. The deductible ended up being only $200 for a ~$750 job so I just had that done by the super nice folks at J F Vision Autoglass
https://www.jfvisionautoglass.com/ Man oh man is that one of the biggest improvements after putting up with a cracked windshield for far too long.
The sliding door roller arm bearing fell apart one day so unfortunately I had to order a whole new arm since the bearing isn't replaceable (at least to my skill level) for about $100 from amayama. Little tricky for replacing on my own, but I managed. Highly recommend to do that with a helper.
My HID Headlights were acting up on me so I ripped out the entire assembly and went back to stock cheap-o headlight bulbs. I'll look into LED Bulbs soon, but for now it's nice to at least have working headlights. Anyone have any advice for LEDs? Does the stock wiring need to be upgraded?

Got a set of
black 16-inch wheels. Bought them from a friend. The wheels come with 245/75/16 tires. I will post pictures once I'm done fitting them next week.
