Hey TLGF if you're still to busy chasing fish to to add another Rec Site let me know and I'll add another. If I don't here by Friday PM I'll add another and you can catch up on turns after hunting season!!

This is in Northern BC. A well known spot with a nice rec site.

Hey Tigger nice picture. However, TLGF has earned the turn for this round and hopefully is coming up with a good site. The guidelines for turns are on Page 1 to try to keep some order to the process. Looking @ your picture it sure looks like Liard River Hot Springs which is a Provincial Park. Nothing wrong with a PP but that adds another huge group of sites to try to find and Recreation sites already give us more than 20 years of looking for sites. At the rate they are being solved it's more like 40 years without any repeats.

Well I guess TLGF is still chasing fish so I will add another Rec Site. This site is again in WMU 3-20 and is a great fly fishing lake with lots of shoals and both shallow and deep water. Elevation is 4060 feet and this summer the water temperature got to 70 F which sure slows down the fishing. The Rec site has quite a few spots and if it's wet would be best to attempt in a 4x4 ( ie Delica ).
It is NOT one of the so called famous lakes in the area but is quite close.

Extra clues will start on Tuesday - if necessary.

Tigger if your site was not Liard River Hot Springs I'd sure like to know where it was for further reference.

That is definitely Liard Hot springs, only been camping there twice this year, which has been a treat as I haven't been up that way for 20 plus years.

I would quickly like to guess Peter Hope Lake. Haven't been there for many many years though, but remember pretty awesome early June fishing.

Nice guess - right area but Peter Hope is one of the so called " Famous Lakes " in the area. This should make your second guess easy!

Looks like Plateau lake. Not sure cuz that darn delica blocked off part of the lake view. ha ha
I was catching sockeye and too tired to boot up my computer. Thanks for taking over.

Well your right again Wayne. We'll be waiting patiently for your new site. I think you probably have 3 in the bag right now. How did the salmon thing work out? If you'd like I can post a new way to get in so you don't need to go down the power line right of way from Peter Hope.

We must've just missed each other at Plateau. It was the best hi temp chronomid fishing this year, but all on size 16s. The trout even bent my hook a few times.

The sockeye fishing is awesome, hard not to get your limit each day. Today is my first day on my spey gear, hope i don't catch a spring. Ha Ha

This one should be easy. The clue, You can't fish from the dock, that's what the sign says.

Have heard mention of Plateau, I will have to try it out one day.

Trigger that is a nice picture of the Laird Hot Springs new pool buildings.

Wayne could you please provide the wild life management unit for that site (WMU)? This site vaguely looks familiar, ie west of Kamloops, than it falls into the category of lakes I haven't fished in a dozen or more years, such as Peter Hope.

Yep a few more clues would be nice as I haven't seen a Recreation Site with a nice dock like that in our region!

Just to change things a bit "this isn't a Rec site, this is a private lake and Peter stocks it too.
That should make it easy to guess.

Then my guess is either Minnie or perhaps Douglas. I can't afford either!!

Nope, that's the Douglas Lake ranch and Peter doesn't stock any lake on that ranch.
