The more pictures the better for me. I trying to mount the Pollack valve, the vertherm and the Vegmax this weekend, now that I finally got some axle stands (for the vegmax holes). Then I gotta see about re-routing the exhaust. I tried sourcing a smaller fuel tank, but haven't found anything yet. Any suggestions for the exhaust work? It almost looks like I could tackle it myself if I detach the muffler here:

and slap on a a bent pipe and a cherry bomb from crappy tire. Seems like a waste of a perfectly good muffler system though, it looks almost new.

It will free up so much space under there though if I ditch the stock exhaust system.

Adam,

I must appologize, I never did take more pics... however, I did fix the problem. I just wasnt sure what to take pictures of, everything is so packed in there where I have it all I am not sure if it would take a picture that would change anything. Sorry.

Kev,

I did change to different hose sizes for the connections... it fired up just peachy, so we will see if this fixed the problem. I felt remarkably comfortable with it all. I am so glad I now have a working understanding of it all. (I am sure I'll be stumped sooner or later). As for my signature, you prefer the "list" over the little pic? I figure the list and the pic would make my signature take over half the page!

Adam,

As for the exhaust work, do exactly that... just direct it out the side from that joint. I did mine right from the turbo, but running it from that joint would be super quick and painless... just be prepared for the noise difference. As for mounting everything in the WVO conversion, if you can do that then the plumbing will be a cinch to tackle as well. Keep us posted, perhaps you will be more informative to others than I have been. Sorry bout that. Call me or PM if you need anything, perhaps I can lend you some info (like tell you to call Kev :o :-D ).

More shameless Delica pictures to add, cause I like to keep things active in the WVO area. My WVO tank did the trip from Powell to Bamfield then home, and again from Powell to Vancouver to the Port Alberni Mountains then back home, on one WVO fill each. With a couple of km's to spare. Hope these don't show TOO BIG>
