True, looking good doesn't matter if you can't see the road. What I'm looking for is a way to do both without being illegal and I'm not worried about spending extra to do this. I'm thinking that these higher powered LED's might do the trick. That being said we have an RCMP officer installing HID's so that has to count for something!?

Nxksi, I have Aux lights in the same location as you (under the bull bar shroud). I completely agree with everyone that the lights on the L300 are, well, sub-par at best. That's why I installed those Aux lights. I've aimed them so they point as if they're regular beams, that is a couple inches down from pointing straight on. Most of the time, if I'm driving in the city, I have them off but when I hit a darker road with no street lights or a forestry road, I pop them on. This is generally plenty of light to see the road, and still legal for driving. Using your high beams on top of this helps a ton too when necessary. Maybe just adjust your headlights and those Aux lights for a setup similar to this? I also originally had them set up to shine straight as well, which was super bright, but I wanted to use it in situations where I wasn't blinding oncoming traffic! Good luck!
