What'd you call me..... :twisted:

The picture on my WVO post shows the rubber lug on top of the strap. I just placed a hockey puck underneath the lug in the picture, for a snug fit, after shaving it down a bit on the table saw.

Keep thinking you could drop your exiting exhaust system, take it to a muffler shop and have them re-route the pipe from the exhaust 'somewhere'. Or maybe try a 2x4 jig and some careful tapping?!

Now get camping!

I found a tank from a 1988 Chev S10. It fits up in the hole good, but seems to hang down a little too far. I may try to put it in the middle on the drivers side, but then I will have to redo my exhaust, not hard, and an excuse to finally mount my pyrometer. I may use it for the diesel tank when it is done. I should have it hung this weekend and then I can start running fuel lines. I still need relays, wires, switches, and filter, but I thought I would start at the back and work forward.
