Personally I'm interested in any of em - Euro, UK, Oz, Japan, Russia... World's records. Esp. the Canadian ones though :)

I see most clicks put on has been added too. Again, I'm well out of the running. Came with 64,000 late Feb. 2008 and now has 122,000.

Seems BC Delica's Goldie wins the day for oldest living import. Be nice to know the story of the other two. Anyone know who had em? I wonder what the oldest vintage one in Canada is - Anyone ever import a classic from the early 80's or before?

Our 89 Austrian L300 is now at 180.000 kms with quite a lot of maintenance (it was a bit of a lemon) - seals of the diesel pump, alternator, triangle of the forward wheels, new battery (don't know how to say this in English, sorry...) but our biggest problem so far is rust! (many body interventions!)

It was located in around Salzburg where they use a lot of salt and it does not any good to cars (my experience so far is not to buy a second-hand car in Austria). The bus needs a yearly control to be legally on the road in Austria and they complain about rust so each year there is a new thing to do. I even think about keeping only our French L300 (which is 78.000kms) when we are in France and buy a relatively new LR discovery in France to use in Austria (discovery because of the space available in the boot).

I only have 194000km on my 1989 pajero . glad to see the others have more km . This will make the money i spent on the timing belts well worth it . I do hope to have to do the timing belts again. Heres to another 100000 km.

250,000 km's on Turtle and he is the best running L300 I've driven and has the best pull (towing) and acceleration.

It goes to show that a truly broken-in L300 diesel usually starts around 150,000km +

I swapped rigs with a good friend who took care of him for a while.

I'm prepping Turtle for sale soon. 1st time since Delica Canada history I think there may be two poptop for sale at the same time although Turtle is really in his own category for uniqueness :M

Maryna and the other side of my brain says to keep him ! :-D

Turtle looks flawless! Have you put a lot of work into him or were you just lucky to find a vehicle like that? (Apart from upgrades etc.)

This is where Turtle's journey began back in 08 and to answer your q, Turtle has many hours .. more like day, weeks.. :-D of mod work in him.

L300 poptops come in 2WD or 4WD variations in either gas/diesel.

At this moment, if my count is correct, there are 7 or 8 poptop L300's in Canada and they are rare and sought after. :M

PS.

My 1991 Super Exceed was bought in late October 2010 at 148,000 km and now has 156,000 km.
8000km in 3 months isn't too shabby! 8-)
