RHD, LHD, whatever. We all know it makes no difference. If yer a with-it driver yer a with-it driver, if not, well, it doesn't matter what you're piloting....

Good of you to point that out, but IMHO there is little point in contacting the CADA; they are pursuing their own agenda, which is to increase their own sales by banning RHD imports. Period. No amount of arguments will cause them to do otherwise.M3ti Compact wrote:Speak up!

Okay, I'm game... what is our next move? Perhaps we should have a physical meeting ~ seriously ~ observing Robert's Rules Of Engagement and in a venue with chairs and a table... just a thought... smiles.elbosque wrote:All we have to do to win this once and for all is for all of us to do something beyond reading and responding to these posts.
Great report. I can't tell you the number of times I should have used a Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test instead of a Chi-squared test.elbosque wrote:IVOAC has been waiting for this media opportunity to release the study. http://forum.ivoac.ca/showthread.php?t=3689 Thank you CADA for facilitating the media blitz. We knew it would happen.
What we need now is for people to use the study to hit back with articles and letters to your media and to your elected reps: MLAs and MPs.
Great link with lots of thoughtful comments!
Are you an professional in this field? If so, IVOAC can use someone who speaks this language and can translate it into everyday language. I had to reread it a couple times. Journalist won't do this. They will want it translated for them in plain language. If you can help out, please let me know. ThxRichD wrote:Great report. We are all volunteers at IVOAC with limited resources. I don't have much time for sarcastic critiques on this topic. If you or anyone else knows someone with the expertise to help out, send me a pm.RichD wrote:Yes I am a professional in the field of sarcasm. lol
