The rebate is from rancho direct , so you send in your recipt and they mail you a chq, however that being said , I've sold alot of rancho shocks lately and have yet to find an l400 match up against another.... They all seem to be either lifted a little with 2" kits- 6" kits or torsion turning and spacers, so it's tough to get the right shocks with out knowing the full extension & compression your van has, or the part # thAt is stamped into the body of the shock...& yes I am an authorized rancho dealer.
