I had a lower rad hose heater installed when I got my Deli in 2007. Worked okay, but not great. Had CVI put in block heater at Easter time. Now I have both, and this past week the Deli has started really well at -5 to -10.

I wouldn't bother with a rad hose heater now, just do block heater. Or block heater and pan heater.
