How could i forget the Crocs

. Don't even go near the edge of creeks in the north as the crocks will be just under the surface waiting to jump out and get you. If you do have to go and get water. Do not go to the same spot each time cause they will be watching your habits. They grow to 7 meters long and can take a waterbuffalo..Oh yes waterbuffalo will kill you as well. So will feral pigs. Gee I am surprised there are any of us left. Coop what else have I forgotten.. Coops....are you there..hello...

He lives in North Queensland where the sharks and the crocs fight it out to see who gets the snorklers..

Bloody Australians, talking amongst yourselves!
Y'know, the country up here does entice some Australians to move the other direction... where else in the world can you go skiing in the morning them water skiing in the afternoon?

Yes .. Some people we used to know moved to Canada. They love it there. It does get very hot here and sometimes you get a bit over it. If you do come here , for someone who is not used to it. Come in August. Winter is almost over but it is still coolish (low 20s). Our minimum temp this winter was 6 deg. Cheers..

We are almost as big as the North American continent with only 25Million people
I think your size comparison is a bit off...
Canada alone (without the rest of the continent) is 31% larger than Australia (9,984,670 km2 vs 7,617,930 km2) and all of North America is more than 3 times the size of Australia (24,709,000 km2)
Canada has about 33Million people, so while your population density is slightly lower, it's a pretty marginal difference.
Either way though. Welcome to the great white north!

Ah yes, but , you are forgetting the 5,896,500 additional sq klm of Australian Antarctic Territory so that is a total of 13,517,430sq klm plus a few islands. Sorry, you are right Canada is bigger than I thought. People don't realize that we own a very big chunk of Antarctica as well. We have almost as much ice as you guys.

Actually no country owns any part of Antarctica, several countries, including Australia claim parts of Antarctica, but none are universally recognized. In fact only 4 other countries have recognized Australia's claim (apparently only because they hoped it would make Australia recognize their own claims), and Canada isn't one of them.

Gee it is easy to see we are all descended from convicts. I think most Aussies just want enough ice to put in their drinks .
