It is from Japan, and it is a 1990/1. I'd rather not say what I paid but it is priceless to me, and yes it is built like a tank. Handbuilt in Graz, Austria and about 5000 year were produced.Todd64 wrote:Do you mind saying what you paid? Is this a Japan import? Also what year is it?

Sweet! We just finished a nice 2-tank cold weather WVO conversion on one of these....custom tank underneath, etc. I put some pics up, at plantdrive.ca

We've done a number of G's as single tank conversions over the last few years, as well (in California, mostly, but it's work well on the Coast, and blend in diesel in winter).
Incidentally, the body is steel, not aluminum, and THICK. They weigh as much as a 3/4 ton xtended cab American pickup.
(and the undercoating is about 1/4" thick, too!)
