..if the cost is under $100 I'm in, other than that I will fabricate a steel one at work.(machinist/fabricator) The part should be straight forward to make, but I have a feeling the fit-and re-fit, then fit some more rule will be in full effect. The CNC one looks a little over-complicated, but that may just be necessary. I will be making mine as soon as the weather permits.

one thing you can do as well.
I took a few spacers and spaced out the roller guide (outside along the van).
Now it 'just' clears the offset tires.

im in the need of a door mod now myself... i couldnt wait 4 weeks for $500 worth of rims, so i found a set 15x8x4"backspacing for $100. the door rubs plenty! checking in to see whats what around this thread!

After Oil,
Have you tried putting a couple spacers on the door (to push out the roller thing at the back of the door). I've done that on mine and that was enough to clear the tire (31" mud) and pretty much fully open the door (still very slight rub but could be because the superexceed carpet is thicker). It also doesn't affect the seal for the door once closed.
Might work better than waiting for someone to do that extender and much cheaper!
Good luck,

i only see L400 stuff on there...
i added spacers behind the wheel channel. it gave me some clearance, but still not enough! next maybe ill pull off the sliding door panel and see if i can add spacers to the rear hinge.. i hate pulling panels, i always break the crappy board

I have a set of wide fender flares and it has been sitting in my house for over a year now. Please let me know if you have a quote on the price.

I didn't put any behind the wheel channel, just the sliding door hinge so it'be be worth giving it a go! Panel boards are over rated!
