I have the ProComp's and they are excellent all-around tires.

15x7 with 3.25 - 3.75 " backspacing is perfect for 30x9.5x15's

If the last time it was serviced was at 107k and you're now 8,000km's into it, I would replace :

-oil/fuel/transmission filters and fluids
-front/rear differential fluids
-flush coolant system
-new thermostat
-clean injectors/adjust valves/set timing
-inspect brakes and replace if needed

This is normal maintenance at 10-12k interval which you are at now.

if the wheels bearings have not been replaced yet since new, I would replace them

Shouldn't cost an arm and a leg and it will extend the life of your Delica by a long shot.

I would add front brake calipers to the list of things to inspect, sometimes the boot is torn and the piston will rust up and fail to retract causing uneven pad wear and excess heat, possibly warping a rotor in the process.
