Also - thanks to Jesse and Jaz for the offers of getting me some hubs too. Sounds like David's idea might work out best though....no customs payment and a good excuse to meet a Canadian Delica fan on British soil :)

With manual hubs, when you lock them in 4x4, does the dash light still come on?

If it is like the pajero the light is driven off the front axle engagement, so it doesn't matter what the hubs do.

Well we finally got the hubs changed over to the Superwinch manuals. No, I didn't attempt the project! Hazel was in to ccautos for a new windshield and motor mounts so we had the pros do the switch. Thanks for the parts number and connection jfarsang - a big help. I want to bring up this post again to point out that some delicas come with permanently locked hubs. Ours did and hence the desire to switch them. The new manuals are great - with the deli ya don't even need to get out to switch them; just open the door and reach down!
If your hubs look like this they are permanently locked and so should probably be switched for auto lockers or manuals

The new manual lockers don't look as good, but hey, not bad, and function before form, right?

Went into Lordco today to order me some brakes, but all they could find was pads... I gave them the part numbers Jesse posted but the guy said those part numbers don't exist in their system, so he looked up a '92 Mitsu. Montero and still couldn't find anything but pads. Will give NAPA a try tomorrow, but I have a funny feeling they'll have to be special-ordered in since the vehicle was never sold here.

Napa will have them for sure.
You can cross reference the Canada and US Napa part #'s .
Not sure about Lordco but Napa has the 92 Montero Sport brakes
Make sure you get semi-loaded calipers that come with the mounting brackets and pins.
For calipers, you can go any brand.
For rotors, I highly recommend Raybestos PG (professional grade). They cost a bit more but trust me when you see the difference you'll get them.
Pads are personal preference. Don't get the cheap one's. Metallic or Ceramic and a good grade.
The front brakes on these puppies are extremely important compared to mid/rear engine vehicles.

I was hoping to go with Lordco because a friend of mine has an account, so I won't get completely hosed at the till, NAPA I have no connections, so I'll probably be paying double what you paid, lol.
I think I have a seized caliper, one side one pad is gone (started grinding today) all other pads look fine, but the left disc is badly pitted and seems warped. I tow a boat with an old trailer that has no brakes, so I really should upgrade to the bigger brakes anyhow.

92+ should be thicker BUT I may be wrong. I would have to take a micrometer and check (I don't have the old ones anymore)
