I don't regarding the turbo drain. I believe I found the seal from another thread but I'm not sure what is needed for the turbo drain. Any ideas?

hi, when you say state to state transfer this rules out a title from buying a vehicle in British Columbia and driving into the U.S ? Any ideas how that might work ? I'll let the California guys talk about registration in California, but if the car is bought in B.C. Correct. It may as well come directly from Japan as far as California is concerned.
