How do you know you have "these" cans? They dont all come from the same factory and are not all made to the same standard. Sounds like you have poor quality cans, you should replace them with a few of mine.

PA does have these (20L size) in Edmonton north store now too, but what's on offer here is a better deal as PA is selling the nozzle separately @ $25 a pop. Offered in red, yellow, black, and od green.
Incidentally, Princess Auto also has the same style in plastic, for the same price (in OD and blue), with the nozzle sold separately, for the same price.

PA has green 20L cans on sale right now for $49.99, however they are only in green and the spout is an extra $19.99.
